ABSOLUTELY 100% YES! Eat Scrumptious is a registered food business currently awaiting inspection so a hygiene rating can be awarded. I am qualified in Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene in order to meet UK/EU standards.
How do I order a treat box?
To place an order email email@example.com or message us on Facebook or Instagram , stating the number of boxes you wish to order and the postal/delivery date. We will confirm your order (please note there is limited product availability each month). Payment is made using Paypal and once Eat Scrumptious receives payment your order is reserved.
Your order will then be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class on the chosen delivery date. Your order should arrive within 1-2 days from shipping date. We don’t take responsibility for any boxes that arrive late once they have left our vicinity and are sent with Royal Mail.
Can I cancel my treat box?
Treat boxes can be cancelled, but we can not promise a refund will provided as it depends how close to delivery date your cancellation is and how far along your order has been processed.
Can I return an order?
Currently, orders are non-refundable and can’t be returned. But we would like to make sure you are completely happy with your box so, if there is a problem with your order, please email within 4 days of your box arriving.
How should I store my box of treats?
Treats are best stored in an airtight container at room temperature where they will last for 5-7 days after baking.
For an extra gooey cookie, zap in the microwave for 10-20 seconds.
For crisp & gooey cookies bake @ 180°C for 3-5 minutes.
Treats can also be frozen for up to 2 months. Bake cookies from frozen @ 180°C for 5-8 minutes. Cakes & traybakes don’t need baking, just defrost at room temperature.
Do I need to be at home to receive my box?
We do not take responsibility if there is no one home to accept delivery. When placing an order please leave a note describing a safe place to leave your box if you are not home on delivery day.
My order was wrong or damaged?
We do our very best to make sure we package the correct orders and handle your boxes with the utmost care so your cakes & bakes arrive in tip top condition. However, if we make the odd mistake and confuse your order, or you’re box of treats arrives looking a little sorry for itself. Heres what you should do;
Take a photo of the contents and attach this to an email, also include your order number for our reference. Please email within 4 days of your box arriving. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you make vegan products?
Most of our bakes are naturally vegan, see the products page for further details of which boxes are vegan that month. However, we cannot claim any of our products to be free from, as they are baked in a kitchen that handles gluten, nuts, dairy, soya, mustard, sesame seeds, celery, fish, seafood & eggs.
We can accommodate dietary requirements but, please email me prior to placing an order so I am aware and can take all the correct safety measures when baking your order.
We aim to use minimal packaging whilst maintaining the best quality and safety of your products for the postal journey. All packaging is recycled/ recyclable or home compostable.
